Today, March 30, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution that, during martial law, simplifies the procedure for importing components for drones.
It is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov .
“Another important step for the development of the Ukrainian UAV market. Together with the Ministry of Economy and with the maximum support of the Security Service of Ukraine, we have simplified the procedure for importing components for drones to Ukraine during martial law. Now drone manufacturers will not need to obtain a conclusion from the Security Service,” the minister said. . .
He explained that earlier it took up to 15 days to obtain a conclusion. And the examination itself delayed the process of importing components for drones.
“For example, GPS modules or thermal cameras. Simplifying the procedure will speed up the import, assembly and delivery of these components to the front,” he added.
Recall that recently Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law exempting imported drones , thermal imagers and walkie-talkies from taxes.
Earlier, we reported that Ukrainians were allowed to import drones from donors without letters of guarantee.
